DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF PRODUCTS
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Access Points are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto our system. Although we aim to keep the Access Points as up to date as possible, the information, including the descriptions of Products, appearing on the Access Points at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the time you place your order. The images of the Products on the Access Points are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer, tablet or mobile phone (your “Device”) will display those colours accurately to reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

SZBLOOMS (www.szblooms.com) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. The data we collect about you : Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature.
However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
3. DELIVERY INFORMATION
1. RUNNER (KLANG VALLEY)
- We offer runner service direct from our outlet to your home within 1-2 days after purchase.
- Standard charge is belong to delivery company such as Lalamove or Grab throughout the Klang Valley area.
- We will contact you after the arrangement of the delivery has been made.
2. LOCAL DELIVERY (WITHIN MALAYSIA)
- We deliver through PGEON Delivery / J&T & PosLaju (By Request)
- Shipping charges will depend on the quantity/weight of each parcel.
- Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be displayed at the end of the order process.
- Tracking numbers are emailed/sms (Check Junk/Spam) once posted.
- All orders will be posted within 3 – 5 working days (Monday – Friday) via PGEON Delivery / PosLaju / J&T and a tracking number will be send to you once it is made available.
- Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appears in PGEON Delivery /PosLaju’s / J&T’s tracking system.
- If customers do not receive their order within 7 working days after receiving the tracking number ( Peninsular Malaysia) and 21 days (East Malaysia) via email from us, please contact szblooms1@gmail.com
3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE)
- We offer international shipping via your chosen delivery carrier at checkout.
- Shipping charges will depend on the quantity/weight of each parcel.
- Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be displayed at the end of the order process.
- Tracking numbers will be provided by email once the order has been processed.
4. RETURN POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 3 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.
You can return them by yourself to the address below via a courier service (obtaining a proof of delivery). Please make sure to contact the Customer Service Team (www.wasap.my/60196639105) if you are sending a return back to us.

Unless the products are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us or, where relevant, the cost of us collecting the products from you.
If you wish to return your items, please contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp (www.wasap.my/60196639105). If you are contacting us in regards to any breakages, please include a photograph for the team.
5. REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You may not cancel an order, or any part of an order one purchase has been made. SZBLOOMS will not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.
SZBLOOMS have a seven (7) working days refund and exchange policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and condition:
- a) All products must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner;
- b) Products must be returned in original packaging;
- c) Shipping and handling charges for returned items will be on Buyer’s cost and there will be strictly no refunds for any shipping and handling charges;
- d) If the products for which you wish to exchange is of a higher price than the original purchase price, then you will be required to top up the balance using cash. If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a lower price, then no balance amount will be refunded to you.
SZBLOOMS will review each Buyer’s refund request on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s request is successful.
