  • We offer runner service direct from our outlet to your home within 1-2 days after purchase.
  • Standard charge is belong to delivery company such as Lalamove or Grab throughout the Klang Valley area.
  • We will contact you after the arrangement of the delivery has been made.

  • Shipping charges will depend on the quantity/weight of each parcel.
  • Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be displayed at the end of the order process.
  • Tracking numbers are emailed/sms (Check Junk/Spam) once posted.
  • All orders will be posted within 3 – 5 working days (Monday – Friday) via PGEON Delivery / PosLaju / J&T and a tracking number will be send to you once it is made available.
  • Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appears in PGEON Delivery /PosLaju’s / J&T’s tracking system.
  • If customers do not receive their order within 7 working days after receiving the tracking number ( Peninsular Malaysia) and 21 days (East Malaysia) via email from us, please contact szblooms1@gmail.com    


  • We offer international shipping via your chosen delivery carrier at checkout.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 3 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.

You can return them by yourself to the address below via a courier service (obtaining a proof of delivery). Please make sure to contact the Customer Service Team (www.wasap.my/60196639105) if you are sending a return back to us.

Unless the products are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us or, where relevant, the cost of us collecting the products from you.

If you wish to return your items, please contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp (www.wasap.my/60196639105). If you are contacting us in regards to any breakages, please include a photograph for the team.


You may not cancel an order, or any part of an order one purchase has been made. SZBLOOMS will not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.

SZBLOOMS have a seven (7) working days refund and exchange policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and condition:

  1. a) All products must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner;
  2. b) Products must be returned in original packaging;
  3. c) Shipping and handling charges for returned items will be on Buyer’s cost and there will be strictly no refunds for any shipping and handling charges;
  4. d) If the products for which you wish to exchange is of a higher price than the original purchase price, then you will be required to top up the balance using cash. If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a lower price, then no balance amount will be refunded to you.

SZBLOOMS will review each Buyer’s refund request on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s request is successful.
